But like all “free trade” agreements, the CETA (Can-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement) is not about that. It’s about boosting corporate rights, lowering environmental standards, and weakening public services and procurement. As currently written, the CETA will threaten many aspects of our lives, from our public services, to our jobs, our environment, our food, our culture, our telecommunications, our water and resources, indigenous people's right and even our democratic rights!
